- Ask your body corporate manager who looks after garage doors, and whether there is a preferred contractor.
- If an owner added a motor or remote, ask who maintains that part.
Fixtures and fittings an owner installs inside their own lot for their own benefit generally stay the owner's responsibility, according to the same guidance.
